We are a small Riga company. The owners themselves come out and do the work, and you can call the same person afterwards.
How it all started
Kaitēkļi.lv is a new pest control company in Riga. There are two of us, and we do the work ourselves: we answer the calls, come out and treat.
We don't promise decades of experience. We promise what we can deliver every time: a price before the work, arriving on time, explaining how to prepare, and coming back if the pests return.
How we work
Four things you can rely on at every visit.
We give the price from a photo or after an inspection. If anything changes, we ask you first.
We come in an ordinary white van, so the neighbours don't need to know why we're there.
Before the visit we send you how to prepare, and afterwards we tell you when it's safe to come back.
After the second treatment you have a 45-day guarantee: if the pests come back, we treat again for free.
Permits and certificates
Pest control in Latvia is regulated. Here is how we follow the rules.
Treatments are done by a specialist with a disinfector certificate for working with professional products (certificate no. DE0395, "Liepa" training centre, 2026). We can show it on site.
We notify the Health Inspectorate about our work, as the rules require, and give you a DDD card after every treatment.
We only use products approved in Latvia, exactly as the label says. Before the treatment we tell you which product we will use.
