Pest control for businesses in Riga
For cafés, shops, warehouses and hotels: regular scheduled checks and the documents inspectors ask for. You no longer need to think about pests.
Ready for inspectiondocuments in one folderWho we work for
For places where a pest isn't just unpleasant but can cost customers, stock or an inspection result.
Documents inspectors ask for
A food business has to show that pest control is done regularly. We prepare the paperwork; you just keep it.
- Contract
A written contract with the site address, visit frequency and price.
- DDD card after every visit
The date, what we found, which pest, which product and how much. Both parties sign and you keep one copy.
- Trap plan
A floor plan with numbered monitoring traps, so anyone can check where they are.
- Product documents
Labels and safety data sheets of the products used, which you can show at an inspection.
EU rules require food businesses to have adequate pest control procedures (Regulation 852/2004), and in Latvia a DDD card must be filled in after every job (Cabinet Regulation No. 618).
How working with us works
From the first call to a regular schedule where you don't have to remember anything.
We come, look at the premises and tell you where the risks are. Then we send a quote.
We agree the visit schedule, place numbered monitoring traps and draw up the plan.
We come on schedule, check the traps and treat if we find pests.
After every visit, a DDD card for you and a short report on what we found and what we recommend.

Questions
How often do you need to come and check?
It depends on the premises. An office or shop is usually fine with quarterly checks, a café or restaurant monthly, and food production more often. We'll advise after an inspection.
Can you work outside opening hours?
Yes, we can come before opening or after closing so we do not disturb customers. We agree the time with you.
What happens if pests appear between visits?
Call or write, and we will come as soon as we can. What your plan includes is agreed in the contract.
Is the treatment safe for staff and customers?
We only use professional products approved in Latvia and treat when nobody is in the rooms, for example before opening or after closing. We tell you how long to air the rooms.
Which documents will you have for an inspection?
A contract, a DDD card after every visit, the monitoring trap plan and the labels and safety data sheets of the products used. You can keep it all in one folder on site.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, we invoice the company with its details every month. The contract term and notice period are agreed in the contract.
