A bed bug is about the size of an apple seed, flat and brown. They hide during the day, so people usually notice the signs rather than the bugs.
Red, itchy bites in rows of 2 or 3, usually on the arms, legs and neck.

How to prepare for a treatment
These are the guarantee rules: if you follow them, you get a 45-day guarantee after the second treatment. We also send the list on WhatsApp before the visit.
- Empty the wardrobes so no clothes are left inside.
- Move furniture away from the walls and clear the way to the skirting boards.
- Clear the space under beds and sofas and take the bedding off them.
- Put children's things away or wash them after the treatment.
- Switch off the aquarium air filter and cover the tank.
- After the second treatment, wash all clothes at 60 °C.
After the treatment, air the rooms for 12 hours. Then everyone can come back, including babies, cats and dogs.

Do bed bugs mean the flat is dirty?
No. Bed bugs feed only on blood, so cleanliness doesn't keep them away. Most often they come back from a trip in a suitcase, with second-hand furniture, or from the neighbours.
Do I need to throw out the mattress and sofa?
Usually not. We treat the mattress, bed and sofa on site. We only suggest throwing out badly damaged furniture, and we'll tell you after the inspection.
How many treatments are needed?
Two. The first kills the bed bugs, the second, 10 to 14 days later, kills those that have hatched from eggs in the meantime. If you book both at once as a package, it is cheaper: 115 € for a one-room flat instead of 130 €.
How long after the treatment can't we be at home?
After the treatment, air the rooms for 12 hours. Then everyone can come back, including babies, cats and dogs.
Can bed bugs move to the neighbours?
Yes, through cracks in walls, pipes and ventilation. If the neighbours have the same problem, it's better value to treat both flats at the same time.
What happens if the bed bugs come back?
After the second treatment you have a 45-day guarantee: if the bed bugs come back, we treat again for free. The guarantee applies if you followed the preparation rules. There is no guarantee after a single treatment.
