What data we process
- Your name, if you give it.
- Phone number and e-mail address.
- The address or district where the work is needed.
- The photo and description you send us about the pest or the situation.
- For businesses: the company name and contact person.
- Conversations on WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail.
Why we process it
- To answer your question and give you a price.
- To prepare a quote and sign a contract.
- To do the work and fill in the documents required by law, such as the DDD card.
- To issue invoices and keep accounts.
Legal basis
- Steps before entering into a contract and performing the contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting and work records (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
How long we keep data
Requests that do not become a contract are deleted after 12 months. Contracts, DDD cards and accounting documents are kept as long as the law requires.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. Only the service providers who help us can see it: website hosting and email (Hostinger) and our accountant. If you write on WhatsApp, the conversation goes through the Meta Platforms service.

The site only uses cookies that are needed for it to work. If we start using visitor statistics in future, we will say so here.
Your rights
