I have no pets, so where do the fleas come from?
They can come from the basement or the neighbours' animals, or be left in the flat by previous occupants.
Do fleas live in people's hair?
No. Fleas only bite people and then go back to the floor or the pet bed.
Will I still see fleas after the treatment?
For a few more weeks single fleas may still appear from cocoons. That's why a second treatment is needed.
Does the basement need treating too?
In an apartment building, often yes. The building manager is responsible for the basement, and it can be treated at the same time.
