Wasp nest removal
A nest under the roof, in a shed or in a wall, and wasps flying by the door? Don't try to remove it yourself. Send a photo and we'll give you a price.
Nest removalcoming soonWhere wasps build nests
Wasps build their nest in spring, and by the end of summer it can hold thousands of wasps. The earlier it's removed, the easier.
A grey, paper-like ball under the roof overhang, in the attic or on a balcony.
Wasps fly in and out through a gap in the wall. You may hear buzzing inside the wall.
Nests can be on ceilings, in boxes and behind boards.
Some wasps build their nest in the ground, for example in a mouse hole or under stones in the garden.
Why you shouldn't remove it yourself
Wasps defend their nest together and can sting several times.
By the nest, wasps attack as a swarm. For people with allergies this can be dangerous.
If you block the entrance in the wall, the wasps can chew a new way out, including into the room.
Water or a spray from a distance doesn't destroy the nest; it only angers the wasps.

Are they wasps or hornets?
Hornets are bigger and brownish yellow. The nest is removed in a similar way, and a photo will help us tell.
Can the nest be removed during the day?
Yes, but in the evening more wasps are in the nest, so the result is better and fewer wasps fly around.
How quickly do the wasps disappear?
Most die the same day. The next day you may still see a few wasps flying in.
Will the nest come back next year?
Wasps don't reuse an old nest, but the spot can attract a new one. We suggest checking the usual places in spring.
